Hey everyone,

Firstly, allow me to introduce myself, I'm Ryan and I'm from Wolverhampton in the UK.

I've been coming to this forum for quite a while now and just browsing, but I've never posted, so here it is, my first official post!

I've just brought a signed script from ebay of the episode ''Grab that dough'', which is signed by all four girls. I'm convinced that's it real, but I'd really like to get a second opinion on it. What do you all think? Here is a pic of it.

Thanks in advance,

Ryan

I looked at my autographs from Bea, Betty and Rue, and they match the signatures on the script. The date on the top right of the page (November 12th, I think) worries me a little because it looks a little early to be a script for an episode which came later into the season. Normally 14 episodes of a season are produced before the production halts for Christmas and Grab That Dough was the 16th episode produced, however TGG did a few more episodes in a season than the typical show so this could be a real copy. Aside from that, it does look authentic and only after it arrives will you be sure, when you can inspect the signings more closely.

Hopefully there are no problems. smile.gif

I don't think there's anything wrong with the date. Grab That Dough was the 16th episode to air that season, but is was the 12th episode to be taped that year. Given that they started taping in August, I think it fits quite well.

Welcome to the forums, Ryan. Feel free to introduce yourself in the Members Introduction area.

It looks real to me. I don't think there is anything that jumps out to say that it's not authentic. Their signatures do look real. I'd say you're fine.

Did you win this Ryan? I've just noticed the bidding had ended. It certainly looks authentic so if you've won, congratulations.

It looks authentic, not like a cheap copy. If you're the winner of this, you're very lucky!

Oh! And welcome to the boards, Ryan! wink.gif

Thank you all for your advice. I was 90% sure that it was real, but just wanted to double check, as I've never brought any autographs from ebay before and you hear such horror stories. I really appriciate it.
